Amy Renae Smith, 23, of Prescott, died June 7, 2009, at Prescott.
She was born July 14, 1985, in Hope, the daughter of Larry and Susan Smith Prescott.
She was a dental assistant, a member of Park Baptist Church, a student at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope and a graduate of the Prescott High School class of 2003.
She is survived by her son, Malachi Goshen of Prescott; her parents, Larry and Susan Smith of Prescott; her brother, Ben Smith of Prescott; her grandmother, Freda Smith of Heber Springs; and a special friend, Mona Harris.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 12, at Park Baptist Church in Prescott. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, from 6-8 p.m. at Pharr Funeral Home of Prescott.
