Sandra Terry
Sandra Stovall Terry, 58, of Harrisburg, died Thursday night, May 27, 2010, in Jonesboro.
She was born April 20, 1952 in Prescott, to Benny Dee and Faye Stovall. She graduated from Prescott High School and received a BSE in Social Studies and an MSE in Special Education from ASU. She recently retired from the Jonesboro Human Development after 33 years.
She is survived by her one true love, friend and husband, Dean Terry of Harrisburg; her children Mary Terry of Harrisburg and James Dean Terry of Calico Rock; her mother and stepfather, Faye and Rudy Preston of Prescott; and her brothers, Thomas Edward Stovall and Danny Stovall and wife Janie, all of Prescott.
She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Stovall.
Sandra was a member of First General Baptist Church in Trumann. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jonesboro Human Development Council, the First General Baptist Church in Trumann, or the American Cancer Society.
The funeral service was at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg. Interment was in Harrisburg Memorial Park under the direction of Gregg-Weston Funeral Home.
