Fair at MMS
The Scholastic Book Fair will be held at the McRae Middle School library Monday, Nov. 10 – Friday, Nov. 14. Family nights will be held on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-6 p.m. Door prizes will be given. Come out and support our school!

Razorback items
There will be chances sold on a basket of Razorback items, t-shirts, mugs, a little bit of everything Razorback, plus two tickets to the Arkansas-LSU game. It is a $400 value. Chances are $1 or six or $5. Call Karen McLelland at 887-2688 or Susie Key at 887-2717.
Emmet has lunch entertainment
Each Friday during lunch students in Emmet School in grades Pre-K thru twelfth provide entertainment during their lunch time to classmates, parents, grandparents, teachers and friends. Lunch for Pre-K thru third grades start at 10:30 a.m. Lunch for high school starts at 11:20 a.m. and fourth thru sixth grades eat at noon. Emmet School students have talent and would like for everyone to come and enjoy some of the greatest talent around. For anyone who would like to join us for lunch, call the school office at 887-2319 to order your lunch. Anyone may come and enjoy the entertainment
Retired Teachers meeting
The Nevada County Retired Teachers Association will meet Friday, Nov. 14 at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church. The program will on consumer protection service and will be presented by Gary McCauley form the Bank of Prescott.
