The Peewee Basketball tournament hosted by the Prescott Parks Department continues this week with games being played at the McRae Middle School Gym on Thursday night, Feb. 2 and Saturday morning, Feb. 4. All games on Saturday are championship games of the tournament. Admission for the tournament is $2 for adults and $1 for students. A concession stand will be available. The parks department is hosting the tournament as a fundraiser and encourages our community to support the tournament, especially when the Prescott teams play.
Schedule is:
Thursday, Feb. 2– 5 p.m. is third and fourth grade girls finals, Prescott/Spring Hill/Blevins winner vs. Garrett Memorial/Delight winner; 5:35 p.m. - third and fourth grade boys, Spring Hill vs. Prescott #2/Blevins winner; 6:10 p.m. - third and fourth grade boys, Garrett Memorial vs. Delight/Prescott #1 winner; 6:45 p.m. - sixth grade girls, Prescott vs. Spring Hill/Garrett Memorial winner; 7:25 p.m. - sixth grade boys, Prescott vs. Delight.
Saturday, Feb. 4– 9:15 a.m. is third and fourth grade boys finals, Spring Hill/Prescott #2/Blevins winner vs. Garrett Memorial/Delight/Prescott #1 winner; 9:50 a.m. - fifth grade girls finals, Blevins vs. Prescott/Spring Hill winner; 10:30 a.m. - fifth grade girls finals, Prescott vs. Blevins/Spring Hill winner; 11:10 a.m. - sixth grade girls finals, Prescott/Spring Hill/Garrett Memorial winner vs. Blevins/Delight winner; 11:50 – sixth grade boys finals, Prescott/Delight winner vs. Garrett Memorial/Spring Hill winner.
