A Prescott man died Tuesday, the apparent victim of a homicide.
Romond Easter, 27, was found at a West Walnut Street residence about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to a press release issued today by Prescott Police Chief Brian Russell.
According to police reports, Prescott Police were sent to the Walnut Street home by police dispatcher. There was no word on how the call was initially reported.
Easter was taken by ambulance to the Medical Park Hospital in Hope but was later pronounced dead.
Russell said State Police Investigator Scott Clark was called to handle the investigation.
According to Russell’s statement, Easter’s body had been taken to the Arkansas Crime Lab for autopsy.
